The coverage rate averages at 3000 to 4000 square feet per gallon according to floor type and surface. It is recommended to apply four to six coats according to traffic, floor type and surface. The normal maintenance is to mop or auto scrub on a regular basis with IDP One Step Treatment Maintainer and scrub and recoat once per year. It is easy to repair and due to its non-yellowing qualities the repair will not be seen even if it was done years after the finish was first applied.
